Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Bethesda’s Fallout have crossed over for the very first season of Warzone. This update promises a bunch of new features, game modes, cosmetics, and even weapons to try out! All the rewards available will only be in the game for a short time. It’s now or never for players to join in and play the modes before they’re gone forever. This is everything you need to know about the Fallout crossover.
🌎 New World Events Added

Several World Events have been added to the multiplayer mode. The majority of these involve massive fights that’ll require precise collaboration efforts and your strongest weapons. For example, there’s a chance for the deadly Wraith Wing to spawn. It will came straight towards you with its many turret launchers, so come prepared with your own when it arrives. To get in early on the action, you can find a cod ops7 account right here!
The other new World Event is more in-theme with Fallout. For as long as the crossover lasts, you can discover a wasteland created by a bomb launched in the Avalon. The radiation has not only caused toxic fumes requiring gas masks to traverse, but also hordes of radioactive creatures like Deathclaws to spawn. They’ll attack you on sight, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for these creepy monsters.
👻 A New Skill Track: Phantom

Along with the new crossover is a new Skill Track that prioritizes stealth and your movement speed. There are five parts of this track that each benefit from stealthy play styles. You can even use it if you prefer attacking and quickly leaving combat with your speed. You also gain a faster attack melee speed too which makes sneak attacks more seamlessly.
With abilities like Ambush and Silent Movement, sneaking up on enemies is much easier. Any hit from behind does double the damage even if the enemy is at full health. Silent Movement will also have Mines and Traps take a lot longer to trigger or notice you. If the Skill gets fully upgraded, you become completely invisible to these gadgets too. You can even interact with gadgets faster.
The last two abilities you can upgrade are Elusive Target and Decoy. While the other abilities make it to where you aren’t as easily seen, Elusive Target will also make you harder to aim at. All enemies have an increased chance to miss their shots the more you upgrade it. However, if you do get shot, Decoy can kick in. When you take a certain amount of damage, an Echo Unit can launch that can distract enemies. This helps you make a quick escape and get to better ground.
🎮 The New Multiplayer Modes

There are three new game modes that are exclusive to the Fallout crossover. Most if not all of these involve the new Wasteland area that can be found on the map, along with the appearance of iconic Fallout creatures and useable items. Again, these are only playable while the crossover event lasts, so get to it while you can.
🔥 Takeover

Takeover is your classic checkpoint game mode where you and your team have to capture three zones. Every three zones that get captured spawn three more, and the game continues until all 6 are captured. The claimed zones will also have a cooldown so they could potentially be taken back from the enemy team. This mode also takes place on the Wasteland map area so you get a chance to explore more of the area and the many Fallout references or secrets hidden within.
💣 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem

In S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem, you’ll get to fight in the Wasteland while using a variety of perks to pick-up exclusive to Fallout. However, players will also need to keep their radiation levels in check unless they want to suffer the consequences. In total, there’s six new pick-ups with special boosts and abilities. Some, like the Pumpkin Pie, Nuka-Cola, or Jet help increase your Health, Speed, and Score Multiplier. Meanwhile, others like RadAway will lessen your radiation levels to help you live longer.
Another pick-up buff is the Luck Bobblehead, which is probably the most complicated. As the name implies, it essentially increases you luck of finding more RadAway from enemies and other power ups. This might not seem like much, but getting a good perk early on is key to gaining a strong advantage in your matches. If you’re wearing a Fallout skin, you’ll gain a Bobblehead immediately from the start too.
💥 The Ghouls

In this mode, players start as Vault Dwellers where they have to fight off hordes of Ghouls while surviving the Wasteland’s radiation. However, any player that dies during the match comes back as a Ghoul. All the Vault Dwellers can potentially become Ghouls themselves, in which case the Ghoul team will win the round.
Vault Dwellers who manage to get kill streaks of several Ghouls will also gain perks. All the powerups from the previous mode carry over to this one. Vault Dwellers aren’t the only players who can get special abilities too though. All Ghouls are known as Glowing Ghouls, which let out some radiation to others when attacking. When they die, they also explode for extra damage and radiation too!
